California Nebula

Clouds of hydrogen gas taken with Hydrogen and Sulphur filters in this huge nebula 1000 light-years away. When seen in its entirety, it's shape resembles the state of California. This image was taken over several night in October 2021 and stacked together for a total of 13 hours of integration.

Telescope was Skywatcher Esprit 120 mm, Camera QHY 268M.
